David and Lorraine Eshleman
David is a Presbyterian pastor, who has taken a special interest in Christian spirituality and pastoral care. Both David and Lorraine have been trained as Christian spiritual directors (in a Jesuit-sponsored program). Lorraine is a retired public educator, who has focused on teaching Christian spirituality for more than thirty years. David is a graduate of Wheaton College and McCormick Theological Seminary. Lorraine is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. Both David and Lorraine received training in spiritual direction and retreat direction at Colombiere Spirituality Center (Jesuit) in Clarkston, MI (now at Manresa, Bloomfield Hills, MI). Lorraine won best of challenge for the 2008 (first) Poetry Challenge of Highland Park Poetry, Highland, Park, IL. Her poetry has also been published in various Presbyterian resources. David and Lorraine now live in Fenton, MI, where they can enjoy “country living” and time with their grandchildren.
